Osita Iheme,Nollywood actor, is a year older, Thursday, February 20, 2014. And while on the set in Enugu today, his colleagues celebrated him with a lil birthday party. His good buddy, Chinedu Ikedieze was there too.

.   A farmer, Friday Omosigho, has committed suicide after attacking his wife with a machete on the farm and leaving her in a pool of blood in Benin City, Edo State . A source said the incident happened at Ehiozevbaru Village in the Uhunmwode Local Government Area of the state. The deceased was said to have accused his wife, Mercy Omosigho, of infidelity . Evangelist shoots father to death in Enugu(Photo)

A 30-year-old man who claimed to be an evangelist, Chukwukezi Afonogu, is now cooling his heels in the custody of the Enugu State Police Command for killing his 65-year-old father, Judge Afonogu (not a member of the judiciary) with a gun. Afonogu allegedly committed the heinous act because the father purport­edly called him a ‘mad boy’ during an altercation, an insult that enraged him so much and prompted the fatal shooting of the old man.
